Goat Milk Coffee Frappuccino |
1/8 cup instant coffee
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup water |
2 cups Summerhill Goat Milk
2 cups ice |
| Bring coffee, sugar, and water to a boil in a small saucepan. Blend coffee mixture, milk and ice in a blender. Adjust ingredients as needed to create your perfect Frappuccino. The coffee mixture can be doubled and kept in the refrigerator for later use. |
Thin Crepe-like Pancakes |
2 eggs
1 ½ cups Summerhill Goat Milk
1 Tbs. oil (optional) |
1 cup flour. (wheat, white or a combination of both)
1 tsp. vanilla (optional)

Whisk together all except the flour, then add the flour and continue whisking until smooth.
Fry individual pancakes in a round skillet, greased with butter. Add butter (or spray with non-stick spray) between each pancake. The pancakes will be very thin – flip them carefully! Top with fresh jam, maple syrup or cinnamon and sugar. Roll them up and enjoy. I usually double this recipe for our family of 6. |
Waffles |
2 ½ cups flour (wheat, white or a combination of both)
¾ tsp. salt
4 tsp. baking powder

1 ½ Tsp. sugar
2 eggs
2 ¼ cup Summerhill Goat Milk
¾ cup oil or melted butter |
Sift dry ingredients. Add eggs, milk and oil/butter just before baking. Beat until smooth. The batter will be thin. Bake in a hot waffle iron.
The leftovers freeze well. Reheat in a toaster. |
Whole Wheat French Toast |
4 eggs
1 cup Summerhill Goat Milk |
100% whole wheat bread
splash of vanilla and cinnamon |
| Whisk ingredients together. Dip slices of bread into the batter. Fry on griddle greased with butter. |
Vanilla Pudding |
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
½ cup sugar
3 egg yolks

3 cups Summerhill Goat Milk
¼ cup egg white |
Mix cornstarch and sugar in a heavy saucepan. Blend in egg yolks. Heat on low and stir until well mixed. Slowly add milk, stirring constantly and increase temperature. Heat pudding until it boils, stirring constantly. Chill.
Whip egg whites and fold into pudding just before serving. Top with fresh berries.
Summerhill Goat Milk also can be used to make instant pudding. |
Vanilla Milkshake |
2 cups Summerhill Goat Milk
½ cup sugar
|
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Ice (as needed to create your favorite consistency) |
Blend in good quality blender until smooth.
*You can substitute frozen strawberries for the ice cubes to make a delicious Strawberry Shake |
Yogurt |
I use Summerhill Goat Milk to make delicious yogurt in a basic yogurt maker. |
