Chilled Chai Latte

Ingredients: 4 cups Summerhill Goat Milk
3 Chai tea bags
1 cinnamon stick
1 Tbsp honey
½ tsp pure vanilla extract
Ice cubes
Ground cinnamon, for garnish

Directions: In a medium heavy-bottom saucepan, combine milk, tea bags and cinnamon stick. Heat over medium heat for 12 minutes or until steaming, stirring occasionally. (Don’t let it boil over!) Remove saucepan from heat. Discard tea bags and cinnamon stick. Stir in honey and vanilla. Cool to room temperature, then refrigerate to chill completely.

To serve: Pour 1 cup of the milk mixture into a 16 oz. glass. Froth using a milk frother and top glass with ice. Garnish with a pinch of cinnamon.
Makes 4 servings.
