Iced Coffee-Milk

One of our favorite summer treats is coffee milk. I make this coffee syrup and keep it on hand in the fridge so it’s ready whenever we are!

Ingredients: ¼ cup instant coffee
½ cup sugar or sweetener of your choice
1 cup water
2 quarts Summerhill Goat Milk

Directions: Place instant coffee, sweetener and water in medium saucepan. Heat over medium heat until coffee and sweetener are completely dissolved. Cover and chill coffee syrup.

To serve:Mix coffee syrup with Summerhill Goat Milk. Pour over ice in large pitcher.

Makes ½ gallon – perfect for parties and larger groups. You can also pour 1/8 cup coffee syrup into a glass of Summerhill Goat Milk for an individual serving.
