Strawberry Breakfast Smoothie

The perfect shake for breakfast or a midday snack!

Ingredients: 1/2 cup fresh strawberries
1/2 cup fresh milk
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp quick oats
1 banana (optional)
1/2 cup pineapple chunks (optional)

Directions: Wash strawberries. Combine all ingredients then place in a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
Makes a single serving.
