A holiday favorite of our family.
Ingredients: 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
½ cup sugar or sweetener of your choice
3 egg yolks
3 cups Summerhill Goat Milk
¼ cup egg whites
Directions: Mix cornstarch and sweetener in heavy saucepan. Blend in egg yolks. Heat on low and stir until well mixed. Slowly add goat milk, stirring constantly and increase temperature. Heat pudding until it boils, stirring constantly. Once the pudding reaches boiling, remove from heat and chill. Just before serving, beat egg whites until soft peaks form. Fold beaten egg whites into pudding. Top with fresh berries and serve immediately.
Makes 6 servings.
